114. Snoring

A loud breathing during sleep,
perhaps there is more to it.
Snoring...
According to Snoring-help.com 45% of adults snore at least occasionally.  25% are habitual snorer.  Snoring is often related to physical obstructive breathing during sleep.

Not so many people know that it is a respiratory impediment that could lead to many complications.  There is a British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association but there is very little on-line help.  Many sites are trying to plug their wonderful pills and expensive special treatment clinic, when the answer is often nearer than that.
The first answer would be to become aware of this state, research the subject and ask your chemist or your naturopath for an herbal treatment.  Very often it only needs a little treatment.

Snoring is often associated with lifestyle, lack of exercise, personal problems, and sinus infection.  If the symptoms do persist or if after a thorough research you find that you do resemble the case of someone with deep breathing problems and may need further help, then call your GP. NP
